For Hazelwood Green Plaza’s August 19th installment of Movie Night on the Lawn, they’ll be throwing it way back with a classic every ‘90s kid knows by heart: the original Space Jam. The fun kicks off at 7 p.m. when the complimentary popcorn starts flowing and the free face-painting begins!

You can also use this time before showtime (which is 8 p.m.) to grab a bite to eat and a beverage, boozy or otherwise. Local food trucks and other vendors will be on hand serving up hot food, including Brisketburgh and Wish 99.7 Street Team. When it comes to libations, you’ll find plenty of options at SIPS Mobile Bar and Row House, which will be pouring Cinderlands Beer. You’re welcome to drive and park on-site or catch the shuttle at one of the stops around Hazelwood if you’d rather not need a DD. Either way, make sure you’re settled into your lawn chair with snacks and drinks in hand by 8 p.m. to catch the opening shots of Space Jam, the way it was meant to be viewed—on the big screen. This event is free.
